I've been on Finasteride for a year now, and it seems to be a great option for treating hair loss, although I'm considering using Propecia as well as Minoxidil.
I've had some issues with side effects when using Finasteride and Propecia, but both can be managed with good healthcare management methods.

The main difference between Propecia and Finasteride is that Propecia is a newer version that has a longer duration of action compared to Finasteride. This means that even if you take it as your first dose, it can take effect up to 6-8 hours after you're taking the medication.
But, if you're on Finasteride, it's possible that you might need to adjust your dosage as well to avoid experiencing side effects. I think Propecia could help you get some relief.
